We're now seeking our next team of Brand Champions to join our work-from-home bi-lingual programs and traditional onsite locations.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction for our clients. You'll own all your customer interactions, aiming for one call resolution, and end your day satisfied knowing you've assisted a customer in the same manner you'd like to be assisted. Your expert service will position arenaflex as the employer and provider of choice.

What Can You Expect After You Apply?

Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent Communications skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
• Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

• Ethernet cable connection (no wi-fi)
• Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
• USB headset with microphone
• Webcam
• Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
