Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You'll work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and be expected to meet or exceed sales targets. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, allowing you to plan your shifts and ensure maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find and purchase their ideal products

  • Work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day
  • Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting deals, building compatibility, and upselling or cross-selling products
  • Collaborate with item providers to seek additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with remuneration tied to functional metrics
  • Maintain focus on customers, minimizing distractions and interruptions throughout the shift
  • Utilize technology and multitasking skills to offer a first-rate customer experience with every guest
  • Stay up-to-date with cycle and strategy changes through email or chat channels
  • Troubleshoot network issues, special customer requests, and other challenges that may arise

What You'll Need

* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically in a high-speed environment

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, comfortable with technology, and maintaining a high level of critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and use software applications required for the job
  • Regular and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
  • Ability to engage and connect with others quickly
  • Ability to advance suitable product solutions and influence customers to purchase from arenaflex
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt to change
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and creatively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* Determined to make the best decision

  • Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
  • A quiet workspace, free from distractions or interruptions (arenaflex provides essential computer hardware)
