Experienced Social Media Sales Representative – Latin America Region

The Role
As a Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Starting new conversations (2 hours)
- Follow-ups (2 hours)
- Organic account growth (2 hours)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
- Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with clients and prospects
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the client success team to provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error

* Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
