Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective responses to all inbound customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone
- Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve processes and service delivery
- Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and initiatives
- Adhering to arenaflex's brand values and customer service standards
Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
- Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to ensure uninterrupted work

Shift Pattern
This part-time role requires 16-20 hours of work per week, from 10 am-2 pm, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
