Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue growth and loyalty. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our customers' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach efforts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue growth, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our customers' evolving needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Sandler or Challenger
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as email marketing software or sales intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
