The Opportunity

As a valued member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their missing pets. You will play a critical role in helping reunite families with their beloved pets, providing a positive experience for our customers, and contributing to our world-class level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

* Reassure anxious callers who may be frantic about their missing pets, providing empathy and understanding in a calm and professional manner.

• Serve as the frontline team for arenaflex, helping to reunite pets with their pet parents and exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide a positive experience for our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and innovation.
• Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Bring
