Job Summary

As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and requests. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, provide travel information, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our airline. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with arenaflex

  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide travel information, and answer questions about our services and policies
  • Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Manage inventory, track and verify customer baggage, and handle freight and cargo operations
  • Resolve issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and other customer complaints
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related information
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other work-related tasks as directed by supervisors

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Familiarity with airline operations, customer service principles, and industry regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field

  • Familiarity with airline software systems, including reservation and ticketing systems
