Essential Qualifications

* You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and follows through with a high degree of precision.

  • You have a unique combination of grammatical precision, visual perception, and technical aptitude, with the ability to visualize and think outside the box.
  • You are a highly passionate and energetic individual and can clearly communicate the transformational experience of a PGC camp or clinic to parents, coaches, and players.
  • You are an outstanding team player, eager to take on responsibility and ownership of a continually evolving project list.

Preferred Qualifications

* A minimum of one year experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role

  • Sales experience
  • Excellent influencing and relationship management skills
  • Prior attendance at a PGC summer session as an athlete, observing coach, and/or instructor

Role & Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, SMS, and live chats from prospective parents, players, and coaches.
  • Nurture key relationships with the arenaflex Partner Program and other strategic partners.
  • Become an expert in using the arenaflex CRM and registration systems to register players and coaches.
  • Provide world-class customer service through casual, unscripted conversations.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service-related requests and concerns.
  • Place outbound sales calls to enhance registrations and share product information.
  • Provide solutions to client issues through the usage of all available resources under limited supervision.
  • Identify problem areas and remove obstacles to retain arenaflex clients.
  • Provide assistance to arenaflex clients with the delivery of a wide range of products and services, as required.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, escalating, managing, and reporting customer issues with transparency.

  • Become an expert at clearly and passionately articulating the benefits of arenaflex camps and coach products to parents, athletes, and coaches via telephone, email, and/or online chat.
  • Learn and articulate all aspects of each arenaflex offering.
