Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our services and support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
• Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• Have gaming experience, which is preferred but not necessary.
