Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the creation and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensuring the accuracy of client profile information, including contact details and demographic data
• Processing online bidder approvals, adding or modifying client data, generating reports, and managing shipping instruction requests
• Maintaining data entries for mailing lists, processing bidder/show cards, and verifying sales tax information from bidder cards
• Handling client survey responses, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Strong multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A positive demeanor, with an eagerness to learn and grow in your role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset, but not required

Qualifications

Location

Our office is conveniently situated near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane. However, this is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from home.
