About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team

Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction. A Typical Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge
  • Computer savvy and proficient in using various software applications

The Equipment You'll Need

To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Internet speed > 15 Mbps (a hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset, except for Bluetooth headsets)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for daily log-in
