Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing tailored support to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from processing extensions of expired products to enrolling customers in coursework and assisting them in navigating our website. Your expertise in customer experience will enable you to build strong relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to creating customers for life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, personalizing communication to meet their unique needs
  • Provide technical support and critical thinking to anticipate and address customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a commitment to succeeding both individually and as a team
  • Quickly learn and navigate new software, comfortably using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
  • Work a set schedule during our operating hours, which may include 9a-530p/9a-6p EST or 11a-8p EST/1130a-8p EST

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
  • 1 year of call center support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics
  • 1 year of technical support experience preferred, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
