Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat, phone, and email
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups and feedback
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilizing phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs promptly
  • Handling client services inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support

Experience and Qualifications

We're looking for a Live Chat Agent with:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments (1 year required)
  • Strong computer skills for data entry tasks
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (advantageous)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Experience in client services and call center environments
  • Ability to handle phone etiquette with professionalism
