Job Summary

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth through sales and account management. You will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your positive attitude, proactive sales skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to drive business growth
  • Processing customer policy change requests and ensuring seamless transitions
  • Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling all incoming claim calls from customers and following up to ensure resolution
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and providing customers with necessary documentation
  • Greeting all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, creating a positive first impression
  • Taking premium payments from customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
  • Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring and returning all phone messages promptly
  • Maintaining knowledge of new products and services to provide customers with the best possible solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving business growth through account management

Requirements

  • The ability to create relationships from a cold start, building trust and rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet customer needs
  • Professional phone etiquette, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Great customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in insurance sales and account management, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to manage customer relationships and data
  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to drive business growth through sales and account management
