Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
• Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and enthusiasm
• Fostering a proactive and helpful approach to customer interactions, quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
• Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to drive results
• Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, showcasing your initiative and adaptability

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with a ability to navigate technical systems and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear communication
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
• Experience working with CRM software and other technical tools
