The Position

As an agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping families plan for their future and achieve their financial goals. You'll work with a state-of-the-art lead generation system that connects you with families who are actively seeking your expertise. Using virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Facetime, you'll build relationships with your clients and provide them with personalized guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Obtain clients through our state-of-the-art lead generation system

  • Follow up with clients to provide additional information and support
  • Meet with clients virtually to discuss their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work with our team to build and maintain a strong network of clients and partners

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in virtual meeting tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

* Previous sales or customer service experience
