Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to patients and families. You'll work closely with customers to answer their medical insurance questions, provide accurate information, and ensure each interaction is handled with respect and patience. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
• Accurately document call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and accuracy

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
