The Customer Listening Team

Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback across various channels, including surveys, social media, and customer interactions. With over 5 million surveys received annually, we're committed to providing actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Our team is comprised of experts from various disciplines, including product management, customer experience, and data analytics.

The Senior Statistics Architect Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on the development and implementation of our VOC methodology, which includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys. You'll work closely with product and process owners, customer experience specialists, and the Agile team in technology to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform business decisions
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-quality data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
• Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including small increments of a product introduced at daily intervals to business groups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or similar tools

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling and natural language processing
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks, including data validation and data cleansing
