Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent for arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions

Requirements
