Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and email support
- Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed support
Key Responsibilities:
* Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications (e.g. CRM, email, chat platforms)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CRM, sales)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
