Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
  • Offering promotions and upselling opportunities to customers on our list
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Schedule visits with maintenance customers and follow up on reviews (positive and negative)

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Conscientious and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
