Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
- Offering promotions and upselling opportunities to customers on our list
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Clear background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
