Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll use your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions to our customers. Responsibilities

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels

  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions to customers
  • Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
  • Leverage multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Build the arenaflex Financial brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
  • Strong empathy and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of financial services or banking industry
  • Certification in customer service or related field
