As an Identity Theft Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals interested in purchasing identity theft protection and providing support to clients who fear their identity may have been stolen.
Responsibilities
- Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection
- Selling and/or upgrading IDT Coverage - providing protection to customers and their families by offering enhanced Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Answering questions regarding possible data breaches
- Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls, responding to emails
- Assisting current customers with updating their payment and contact information

- Experienced: You have had some experience in customer service or sales
- Skilled Communicator: Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent analytical abilities
