Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at Arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating complex problems to senior team members when required
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful Customer Care Associate at Arenaflex, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • A strong sense of empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
