The Role

As an Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to create scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system

• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding
• Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
• Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies

Minimal Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
