About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and identity verification processes through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone support
- Providing top-notch service in both English and Japanese languages, with a strong emphasis on language proficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Documenting customer requests accurately and providing constructive feedback
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English and Japanese languages (minimum JLPT N2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or e-commerce industries
- Fresh graduates with outstanding performance are also encouraged to apply
- Strong integrity, proactivity, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed targets
- Passion for customer service and willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
- Positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Chinese, Korean, etc.)
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
