Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize computer systems and online tools efficiently, navigating multiple systems and applications to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
