Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients and their customers, you'll be responsible for managing incoming queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for conversion to permanent based on good performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming customer queries and fielding questions regarding policy information
  • Communicating effectively via phone, email, and letters as appropriate
  • Processing payments, modifications, and escalating complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Delivering exceptional overall customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Documenting all client communications to ensure seamless resolution of issues
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, providing a single point of access for all their needs

Experience and Educational Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • High energy, customer-centric approach, friendly demeanor, empathy, and patience, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred, but not required
