Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Online Chat Representative – Member Support & Financial Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat from a non-member facing call center environment
- Responding to member financial inquiries and uncovering opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions that help maintain the member's relationship with arenaflex
- Assisting members with service requests and providing solutions on a variety of financial accounts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide seamless support
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to ensure informed member support
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
