Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in customer service or related fields a plus.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers through live chat.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Prior customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
