Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless internal collaboration
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, as needed
  • Troubleshooting common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
  • Assisting colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects as required

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary software
  • Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A strong passion for customer service and a drive for career growth
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Minimum equipment requirements (see below)

Minimum Equipment Requirements:

* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5)
  • Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (No wireless), Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $10 - $12 per hour

  • Rapid salary increases available based on performance

  • Paid training: 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday, for 3-4 weeks at $7.25 per hour
