Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid)

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team, where the role involves assessing customer financial situations, performing sales consultations, and managing leads to maximize efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
