Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Sales department in Independence, Kansas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and resolving complex customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Support sales efforts by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Process orders and manage customer database and history
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on sales support and customer experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in computer-based order processing and customer database management
  • Experience with SAP or similar software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in the aeronautical field or related industry

  • Experience with Pentagon or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
