Responsibilities
As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with customers on a daily basis to sustain and improve business relationships
* Using fact-finding sales methods to customize arenaflex programs and services to meet the customer needs and strive to obtain new business
* Ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and the closing of all customer account information
* Handling all customer issues by following our customer complaint resolution policy
* Performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due as well as some cash handling

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years' of customer service experience
* Willingness to report to our local office if needed, dependent on business need
* Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as customers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
* Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Remote Qualifications
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, we recommend:
* Windows 10 computers or higher operating system
* Computer must have 8GB of ram but preferably 16GB
* Hard wired to the modem is preferred
* Minimum cable, or DSL speeds of 100MB with 10MB upload speed
* The use of hotspots of any type are not stable, or suitable from any internet provider
* Apple computers can be utilized, but nothing lower than 14.0 (High Sierra OS)
* Use of dual monitors is preferred but not required
