Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, navigating customers through their orders, and working with internal departments to meet customer needs. Available Shifts
* Part-time, 15-20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
* Guide customers through their orders and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience; bilingual a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
