Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers, and overseeing the route optimization for technicians. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping us establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service by providing customer support during all incoming calls and post-pool service questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of route optimization software
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
