Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to arenaflex's products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional service skills will make a lasting impression. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-person meetings at our arenaflex locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Build and retain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and handling detail work

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
