Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to ADP client employees, helping them navigate the complexities of benefits enrollment and open enrollment. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing benefit and open enrollment information to ADP client employees

  • Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents, ensuring that they understand their benefits and options
  • Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
  • Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures, working closely with our team to implement improvements
  • Record employee enrollment in benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Utilize your expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures

Qualifications

* Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues

  • Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as you'll be communicating with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, is necessary, as you'll be navigating computer systems while on the phone with customers
  • Strong Attendance & Reliability: A strong attendance and reliability record is required, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Training Schedule & Work Environment

* Training Schedule: Our comprehensive training program will take place over 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm

  • Work Environment: After training, you'll work 100% remotely, with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm, with one Saturday per month (OT)
