Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global audience, responding to customer inquiries and issues on various social media platforms, and collaborating with other arenaflex departments to address and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues on various social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our fans.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback, providing insights to improve our customer support strategies.
  • Collaborate with other arenaflex departments to address and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products, services, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and FAQs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or online support role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Educational Qualifications

While a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, we're open to candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience.
