Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, using problem-solving skills and empathy to de-escalate complex issues
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintaining a solid understanding of arenaflex's service offerings and updates, staying up-to-date on new features and releases
- Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly, using our CRM system to track customer issues and resolutions
- Participating in continuous training and development sessions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Collaborating with other teams, including technical support and content teams, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
