Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our team in Maharashtra. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers. This is a seasonal, contractual role that offers the opportunity to work from home in Tier B City limits only, including Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours, including rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) and meet the technical requirements for the role

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service, although not required
  • Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
  • Friendly and customer-focused in every situation
  • Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented
