Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Execution Reporting team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data analysis and reporting tools, driving business insights, and informing strategic decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of data analysis and reporting tools, including data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including ETLs, mediator tables, and data warehouses
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven insights
• Drive business outcomes by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance standards
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on data visualization and business intelligence
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Base salary: $136,100 - $182,400 per year
