About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Upselling products or services when required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 50.0 Mbps
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
