Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive a high level of satisfaction
- Maintaining call productivity and quality scores well above minimum standards
- Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business offerings
- Utilizing excellent communication and active listening skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and guidance
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, completing required training, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly verbal communication and active listening skills
- Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are essential
