Job Summary
We're seeking part-time Virtual Customer Service Representatives to join our team, working typically under 4 hours per day. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, including processing orders and returns
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet and private workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications, including our customer service platform
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, including prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
