Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.
  • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications: Utilize your knowledge of arenaflex services to provide personalized recommendations that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves: Efficiently manage customer moves, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion.
  • Follow-up with customers both during and after their move to ensure satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
  • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents: Accurately and efficiently prepare necessary documents, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned: Be flexible and adaptable, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business success.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required: Proven experience in sales and customer service is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent customer service skills: A friendly, positive voice, and a passion for assisting others are essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong team player: Collaborate effectively with a wide range of people and personalities, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills: Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Job Type

* Full-time, Part-time: Flexible scheduling options available to accommodate your needs.

Pay

* From $25.90 - $35.00 per hour: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance.

Expected hours

* 40 per week: Regular working hours, with flexibility to accommodate customer needs.
