As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce management, data analysis, and digital marketing services. Responsibilities:

* Manage and update Amazon seller accounts with precision and attention to detail

• Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure seamless operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results

• Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon MWS
• Excellent data management skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage large datasets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Essential Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program
• Knowledge of Amazon's advertising and marketing platforms, including Amazon Advertising and Amazon Marketing Services
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in Amazon Seller Central or Amazon MWS
