Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and adherence to arenaflex's high standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role
