Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

  • Additional language certifications are a plus
