Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This role comes with a competitive hourly wage of $15-$20 and offers a range of benefits, including Health and Dental coverage, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, complaints, and concerns with accuracy and effectiveness.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer accounts. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and identifying customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building trust and rapport with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve any emerging problems
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in using technology, such as CRM software and phone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages
